WASHINGTON, D.C. – February 2, 2010 – Attorney General Steve Bullock told a U.S. Senate
panel that a recent ruling by the U.S. Supreme Court overturning a federal ban on corporate spending
on political campaigns ignored the interests of states like Montana.

HELENA – January 27, 2010 – Attorney General Steve Bullock announced that customers who
were left without cell phone service when the now-defunct AirTEL Wireless abruptly shut its doors
last year will be reimbursed for their losses.
Bullock Announces New Awards for Outstanding Mentors
and Afterschool Providers
BUTTE – January 21, 2010 – Attorney General Steve Bullock joined Sheriff John Walsh, Ann
Courtney of Big Brothers Big Sisters, Michelle Brennick of the Retired and Senior Volunteer Program,
and Korina Scheerer of the YMCA, in Butte to announce the creation of two new awards. The Montana
Mentor of the Year and Afterschool Provider of the Year awards will recognize outstanding individuals
who have made a positive difference in the lives of children.
Former Highway Patrol Chief Robert Griffith Dies
HELENA – January 19, 2010 – Attorney General Steve Bullock acknowledged the public service
of former Montana Highway Patrol Colonel Robert J. Griffith, who died at 80.
