McGrath, North Dakota AG: Delay Opening of Canadian Border

HELENA – Citing risks to public health and the economy, Montana Attorney General Mike McGrath and North Dakota Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem Wednesday filed a brief supporting an injunction to keep the U.S. border closed to Canadian cattle. Five other attorneys general also signed the brief.

Justice, Revenue Ask Papers Not to Accept Ads for Illegal Tobacco Sales

HELENA – The Montana Departments of Justice and Revenue have asked Montana newspapers not to accept advertising from companies that illegally sell tobacco products. The letter, signed by Attorney General Mike McGrath and Department of Revenue Director Dan Bucks, was sent out Jan. 28.
