McGrath Issues Statement On Court’s Ruling in Tax Credit Case

HELENA – Montana Attorney General Mike McGrath released the following statement today in response to District Court Judge Thomas Honzel’s order dismissing a lawsuit filed by Sen. John Cobb to block a $140-per-homeowner tax credit. McGrath’s office had filed a motion to dismiss the suit earlier this month, contending that Sen. Cobb did not have legal standing to bring the lawsuit.
