DOJ Seeks Applicants for Tow Truck Complaint Resolution Committee
HELENA – The Department of Justice is seeking applications for five of the six members of the Tow Truck Complaint Resolution Committee.
The five open positions include:
- the western Montana member representing the tow truck industry,
- the commercial motor carrier industry member,
- the insurance industry member,
- the public representative and
- the Montana Highway Patrol member.
The Committee reviews and resolves complaints involving tow truck issues. The term of membership on the committee is for three years.

Letters of application should include the applicant’s name, address and any qualifications the applicant believes are relevant to his or her ability to serve as a committee member. The deadline for applications is February 26, 2010. Once the deadline for application has passed, Attorney General Steve Bullock will review the applications and make a final decision on committee membership.
