The Montana 4-H Foundation enables thousands of Montana youth, volunteers, and staff leadership opportunities and life-skill development through 4-H clubs and activities in every Montana community. Half of specialty plate proceeds are returned to county programs while the remaining half is split between the Montana 4-H Foundation and Council.
