HELENA – Attorney General Mike McGrath on Thursday filed documents motion and memorandum in federal district court in Wyoming seeking to intervene in a case in which a number of energy companies operating in Wyoming are trying to overturn the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s approval of Montana water quality standards for the Tongue and Powder Rivers and their tributaries.

McGrath: Montana Joins Multi-State Settlement with Company Charged with Advertising False Medical Recall Notice

HELENA – Attorney General Mike McGrath on Wednesday said that his office has joined 17 other attorneys general in a settlement with two Nevada companies and their owner for advertising false and misleading claims. The two Las Vegas companies, Gateway Distributors, Ltd. and The Right Solution Gateway, and their owner, Richard Bailey, use the name “The Right Solution” to market alternative health products to consumers through the Internet and mail.
